This yoga mat has an army logo and offers our premium alignment system, helping you to maintain symmetry throughout your practice! This is a multi-purpose yoga mat made from chemical free natural rubber, that can be used for room temperature or hot yoga and pilates! Just use the the front of the mat for a slip-grip texture throughout your regular yoga practice. For hot yoga, use the open-celled, ultra porous texture on the back of the mat.

Dimensions and Weight

• This large yoga mat is spacious for people up to 6'2" tall and the specs are 68cm x 183cm (27” x 72”). 
• 3mm thick. 
  
• This yoga mat weighs 5 lbs (2,8 kg) and is comfortable to bring with you to your yoga or pilates class or on holiday and day trips. 

Care Instructions

• For a deep clean, spray with vinegar and water (1:3) parts using a spray bottle. You may choose to add a couple of drops of essential oil, like tea tree oil for a more pleasant scent.
• Do NOT leave under the sun for extended periods of time since the mat will harden.
• Do NOT expose this mat to moisture for extended periods of time, since the porous natural rubber surface may start to show discolouration and banding. Always allow enough time to air dry before rolling it up and storing it away. 
• It may be helpful to use a lint roller on this mat since it can attract small hairs and dust.

Materials

• 95% natural rubber and 5% polyester interior
• The top part of the mat includes a thin cloth surface that has a slip-grip texture, ideal for sliding and gripping the mat in a regular yoga practice.
  
• Only use the back side of the mat for hot yoga, as this open-celled, porous surface can provide the texture and stickiness required to prevent slipping on your mat!
  
• Rest assured that this mat meets SGS-certified product quality and safety standards and is safe to use.
• This mat has a light brown sand color and may may appear different or darker in real life.
